This feature allows tenants to move into a new property without paying the typical lump sum security deposit upfront, which can be difficult for some people. We pay your security deposit so you don’t have to, freeing up the lump sum to invest in other areas of your life.

Disputes between landlords and tenants can often be resolved informally between the people involved. However, Rently Care helps to deal with disputes in residential tenancies. Any disputes will be handled between Rently and the landlord, not you.

The Singpass application is available for both iOS and Android devices.

What is Singpass MyInfo?

MyInfo is a government database service that has transformed the verification process in Singapore.

It was launched in 2016 as an auto-filling tool for digital documents. MyInfo retrieval uses Singpass verification to allow you to consent and share the required data to participating businesses for a more seamless digital experience.

By using MyInfo, you can enjoy less form-filling and a reduced need for providing supporting documentation for verification.

Do you offer a free version of Rently?

Upon account creation, all users are assigned to a free plan. However, this plan does not allow for property or contract creation.

In order to make full use of Rently's capabilities, you will need to subscribe to one of our plans.
